Rental Agreement

Please read the terms of this agreement carefully and submit with your payment.

E-mail money transfers are also accepted. A BOOKING DEPOSIT OF $200.00 IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. THIS DEPOSIT IS DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TRAILER RENTAL RATE Rental is to be paid in full one month prior to rental period.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $500.00 MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE TRAILER BEING OCCUPIED
This deposit will be fully refunded immediately after the rental period if no damage is detected and if the trailer is clean.

RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY

NO PETS OR SMOKING ARE ALLOWED
Please no smoking or pets in the units. Unit is to be returned, as it was when it was delivered. Cleaning charges will apply if required.
THE AWNING IS USED AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER.
Please note that wind, hail or water pooling will cause damage to an awning.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Damage to any and all components of the trailer and its contents will be deducted from the damage deposit and further charges may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 120 days prior to the arranged date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. No Refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption that occurs due to inclement weather.

CHECK IN (delivery) TIME IS 4:00 PM

Earlier delivery is available if the chosen campground or campsite is available for check-in prior to 4:00 pm. Any early campground check-in fees, arranged by the Renter, are the sole responsibility of the Renter unless otherwise arranged with West Country RV Rentals.

CHECK OUT (pick-up) TIME IS 11:00 AM

Later check-out time can be arranged however any campground fees, arranged by the Renter, associated with late check-out, is the sole responsibility of the Renter unless otherwise arranged with West Country RV Rentals.

CLEANING

The RV will be inspected after your departure. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure the floors are swept, counters are washed, trash is bagged and set outside, and the RV is ready to be picked up delivered to another client. If additional cleaning is required, all or a portion of the Renter’s damage deposit will be forfeited to West Country RV Rentals.
A MINIMUM $200.00 WILL BE CHARGED IF THE TRAILER IS NOT CLEANED TO PRE-RENTAL CONDITION
RV will be stationed on the campsite type that you have selected and it is to remain at this location for the duration of the rental, unless management deems it necessary to move the trailer.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Plan on packing your personal toiletry items, towels, bedding and pillows, food and cooking utensils. Since we provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, and other dispensable items to get you started, it may be necessary for you to restock these items during your visit.

RENTERS LIABILITY

Renter agrees to accept liability for any damages to the RV in any way or damage to any appliances and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Renter agrees to reimburse West Country RV Rentals for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.

HOLD HARMLESS

West Country RV Rentals does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing. Nor will West Country RV Rentals accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If Renter(s) violates any conditions of this agreement, West Country RV Rentals may terminate this agreement and forfeit all monies collected from the Renter. Upon notice of termination of this agreement, Renter shall vacate the RV immediate
